Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste, then rub them generously with the marinade, ensuring that they are evenly coated on all sides.
  4. If grilling, place the salmon fillets directly on the grill grates and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. If baking, place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill or oven and transfer to a serving platter.
  7. Garnish the Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley, if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
