  • 2 ½ cups leftover cooked turkey diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 8 oz uncooked dried egg noodles
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
