Appetizers are delicious! The idea of indulging in a variety of little, delicious dishes rather than preparing large dinners appeals to my inner gourmet. In addition to game night, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, the night before Thanksgiving dinner, and many other occasions when we have groups of friends over to chat or play games, our family also provides appetizers for dinner on several weeknights.

1 teaspoon of cooking salt
