Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken
  • In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced chicken breast with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
2. Prepare the Broccoli
  • Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender yet still crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, you can blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
3. Heat the Pan
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
