Cheesy Garlic Cruffin

Garlic Butter:

• ▢3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• ▢1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• ▢1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
• ▢1 teaspoon kosher salt
