BAKED CAJUN SHRIMP RECIPE

Ingredients:

To create our mouthwatering Baked Cajun Shrimp, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preparing the Shrimp:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, tossing them gently to coat them evenly with the marinade.
